The Jackson County Health Department has received a minimal supply of H1N1 vaccine. Due to this limited quantity, we will be providing the vaccine on a
restricted basis at this time only to:
- Pregnant women
- Caregivers of infants who are under 6 months of age
-
All children ages 6 months through 18 years of age, healthy or with chronic health conditions; and
-
Health Care Workers and Emergency Service Personnel (must bring work ID or badge)
Anyone older than 2 years of age will be given the nasal flumist vaccine unless they have an underlying health condition.
We regret having to limit our target group however, as soon as we receive more vaccine, we will extend the vaccine to the other target groups.
