What information is required to purchase a dog license from the Jackson County Treasurer's Office?

You must provide a copy of the current rabies vaccination certificate with expiration date, proof of spay or neuter of the dog if applicable. We also need your name, address, phone number, vet's name, dog's name, breed, color, age and sex. You must provide a drivers license or state ID showing your date of birth to receive a senior citizen's discount. You must be 62 years of age or older to receive the discount.
