Incident Reports and Accident Reports can be obtained between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM Monday Friday at the Records Window located on the first floor of North Charleston City Hall. There is no cost to a crime victim for a copy of the incident report. For all others, the cost to obtain a copy of an incident or accident report from the Records window is $5.00 per report. Accident Reports can also be obtained on-line through the
City of North Charleston web site. The cost for online accident reports is $7.50 per report.
