GIS Public Records Request Form
| The City of Fairborn is pleased to make available to the public all information not exempted from disclosure by the Ohio General Assembly. To assist us in evaluating your request, please fill out this form. We will provide you with all non-exempt requested information as soon as possible, usually within three (3) working days. This particular form is intended for general UTILITY and GIS based information only. Information that is exempted will not be provided.
GIS Utility & Data requests may be limited by data file size. Transfer of files may be limited to 10mb of space per email. Data will be provided in the most efficient means necessary for information transfer. |
