Animal Causing Property Damage If you need to report property damage or defecating on private property by dogs select this service request.
Animal Cruelty (AC38) If you need to report animal cruelty such as a dog that does not have shelter or water select this service request.
Animal in Trap (AC34) If you need to report a dog in a trap select this service request.
Animals - Large Dead Animal To report a large dead animal in the street such as livestock, select this service request type. select the "Animals - Small Dead Animal" service request type for a smaller animal.
Animals - Miscellaneous (AC39) If you need to report a miscellaneous request related to an animal that does not already have a preselected request type, select this service request.
Asphalt Road (Arterial/Collector)- Edge Broken Away To request maintenance on a asphalt road on a Arterial/Collector Road that the edge is broken away, select this service type.
Asphalt Road (Residential)- Edge Broken Away To request maintenance on a asphalt road on a Residential that the edge is broken away, select this service type.
Barking Dog (AC33) If you need to report a barking dog select this service request.
Bite/Scratch from Animal If you need to report a bite or scratch to a human or to another cat or dog, select this service request type.
Change the Speed Limit on a County Road If you would like to request the speed limit be changed on a county road select this service request.
Change to existing Traffic Control Signs If you would like to request changes to existing traffic control signs on a county road select this service request.
Change to Existing Pavement Markings (Road Striping) If you would like to request changes to existing pavemenet markings on a county road select this service request.
Complaint - Boats, Trailers & RV's (CE45) If you want to enter a complaint regarding a boat, trailer or RV that is not parked in compliance with the ordinance, select this service request type.
Complaint - Condemnation Request If you want to enter a request to have a property condemned, select this service request type.
Complaint - Construction w/out a Permit (CE51) If you want to enter a complaint regarding construction activities being performed without a permit, select this service request type.

Complaint - Fence violations (CE58) If you need to report a fence violation, select this service request type. (Ex: Privacy fence facing wrong way, barbed wire, fences in disrepair, water front fencing, etc.).
Complaint - Illegal Dumping of Trash or Debris (CE43) If you would like to report illegal dumping of trash or debris anywhere except the storm drains or the roadway, select this service request type. If you want to report dumping in a storm drain select the "Complaint - Report Illicit Discharge in Storm Drain" request type. If you want to report dumping on the roadway select the "Complaint - Report Illicit Discharge on Roadway" request type.
Complaint - Illegally parked commercial vehicle (CE50) If you need to report an illegally parked commercial vehicle parked in violation of property zoning, select this service request type.
Complaint - Inoperable Vehicle (CE44) If you want to enter a complaint regarding an inoperable and/or abandoned vehicle that is not parked in compliance with the ordinance, select this service request type.
Complaint - Minimum Housing If you want to enter a request to have a property investigated for minimum housing standards, select this service request type.
Complaint - Operating without an occupational license (CE52) If you need to report a business that is operating in the county without an occupational license, select this service request type.
Complaint - Overgrown Lots (CE41) If you need to report a property that has overgrown vegetation, select this service request type.
Complaint - Set Back Violation (CE62) If you need to report a violation of anything inside the setbacks (Ex. chicken coop, grills, pool pumps, etc.) select this service request type.
Complaint - Stinging Insects (CE34) If you need to report a property that has bees, wasps or other stinging insects on it, select this service request type.
Complaint - Trash and Junk (CE42) If you need to report a property that has excess debris, trash and/or junk on property, select this service request type.
Complaint - Hazard Tree If you need to report a hazardous tree that is going to collapse on the county right of way or roadways, select this service request type.
Complaint - Tree cutting or removal without permit (CE54) If you need to report the removal or illegal trimming of trees on residential zoned properties without a tree permit, select this service request type.
Complaint - Unmaintained Swimming Pool (CE38) If you need to report a property that has a unmaintained swimming pool, select this service request type.
Complaint - Unsecured pool (CE36) If you want to report an unsecured pool select this service request type.
Complaint - Violation of Sign Ordinance (CE49) If you need to report any violation of the sign ordinance, select this service request type. (Ex: Signs on Right of Way, Signs erected with out permits, banners, etc.).
Complaint - Violation of Noise Ordinance (CE56) If you need to report a violation of the noise ordinance, select this service request type.
Complaint - Violation of Permitted Use (CE47) If you need to report a violation of zoning regulations for a property zoning, select this service request type. (Ex: Business in residential area, to many dwellings on property, Kennels, etc.).
Complaint - Violation of street/house numbers (CE55) If you need to report a residence and/or mail boxes that do not have the address posted on them, select this service request type.
Complaint - Waterway Issues (CE37) If you need to report a property in violation of waterway issues such as sinking boats, docks sinking or in disrepair, or illegal dumping into canal, select this service request type.
Complaints - Miscellaneous Code Violations (CE39) If you need to report a miscellaneous request related to a code violation that does not already have a preselected request type, select this service request.
Construction Pre-Inspection - Sediment and Erosion Control If you want to request a construction pre-inspection for sediment and erosion control, select this service request type.
County Personnel - Complaint If you would like to make a complaint about a staff member's actions, select this service request type.
County Personnel - Complementary Comments If you would like to compliment a staff member at the County based on their actions, select this service request type.
Dog Attacking Livestock (AC43) If you need to report a dog acting aggressive towards livestock select this service request.
Drainage Maintenance - Aquatic Weed Spraying If you need to request aquatic weed spraying in your area to manage aquatic weed growth, select this service request type.

New School Crossing (Zone) or Pedestrian crossing on a county road If you would like to request new School Crossing (Zone) or a Pedestrian Crossing on a county road select this service request.

Oil Spill Response Volunteer Registration If you would like to register as a volunteer for the Oil Spill Response please fill out this service request type. Please note that at this time we are not currently engaged in response activities.
Pothole - Major road To report a pothole on a arterial/collector, select this service request type.
Pothole - Not on a Major road To report a pothole on a residential road, select this service request type.
Report illegal fill If you need to report the bringing in of fill material in quantities greater than 5 cubic yards, select this request type.
Report Illicit Discharge in Storm Drain If you need to report a neighbor that is dumping debris into the storm drain, select this service request type (Ex: clippings, trash, oil, etc.).
Report Illicit Discharge on Roadway If you need to report someone that is dumping debris onto the roadway, select this service request type.
Road Impassable - Washout To report a road that has been washed out, select this service request.
Road Impassable / Obstruction To report a road that it impassable and/or has an obstruction, select this service request type. Road washouts would also be reported through this request type.
Road Maintenance - Miscellaneous To request miscellaneous road maintenance, select this service request type.
StormWater- Miscellaneous To request miscellaneous StormWater, select this service request type.
Road Maintenance - Striping To request new road striping and/or fading of current striping, select this service request type.
Road Maintenance - Road Sweeping To request roadway sweeping, select this service request type. Road sweeping is only contracted for major intersections.
Roads Graded To report a road that needs grading, limerick and/or leveling, select this service request type.
Set a Humane Trap (AC44) If you need a humane trap set for a dog select this service request.
Shoulder - Washout To report the shoulder of a road washed out, select this service request.
Sidewalk - Broken/Damaged To report a broken or damaged sidewalk, select this service request type.
Sight Distance (Visiblity) Restriction If you would like to request the investigation of restricted sight distance at an intersection or railroad crossing on a county road select this service request.
Signs - New Stop/Street signs To request installation of a new sign, select this service request type.
Signs - Stop sign down/missing To report a Stop sign down and/or missing, select this service request type.
Signs - Street sign down/missing To report a street sign down and/or missing, select this service request type.
Sinkhole in right-of-way To report a sink hole in the roadway, select this service request type.
Small Dead Dog or Cat (AC36) If you need a small or medium sized stray dog or cat removed from County maintained roads or property select this service request.
Special Warning Signs for Handicapped or Visually Impaired Person If you would like to request special warning signs on a county road select this service request. Please note there is a fee of $53.00, forms and information will be mailed.
Stormwater Utility Fee Review - Adjustment or Credit To request a review of your Stormwater Utility fee for an adjustment and/or credit, select this service request type.
Stray Dog that is Confined (AC35) If you need a stray dog that is confined on your property picked up select this service request.
Street light out (Non-residential) If you need to report a street light out that is not in a residential area.
Street light pole knocked down (Non-residential) If you would like to report a street light pole that has been knocked down that is is not in a residential area select this request type.
Traffic calming devices - Speed Hump, Table, Cushion bump If you would like to request traffic calming devices on a county road select this service request.
Traffic Signal Malfunction - All Signals are out (Dark) If you need to report a traffic signal malfunction where all lamps are out select this service request type.
Traffic Signal Malfunction - One Signal Light Out If you need to report a traffic signal malfunction for a single lamp out select this service request type.
Traffic Signal Malfunction - Other If you need to report a traffic signal malfunction not listed select this service request.
Traffic Signal Malfunction - Pedestrian Signal If you need to report a traffic signal malfunction for a pedestrian signal select this service request.
Traffic Signal Malfunction - School Flasher If you need to report a school flasher malfunction select this service request.
